5. AI Voice Agent

Nexterium uses an AI-based voice assistant on its phone hotline.

  • Voice input and conversation content
  • Technical metadata (timestamps, call duration)

Service Provider

The voice assistant is operated by ElevenLabs, Inc., 169 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10016, USA. Conversation data is processed and stored on US servers. Transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR). More info: elevenlabs.io/privacy
